I'm not a coffee drinker but my daughter loves coffee. She has probably been to every unique coffee shop between here and Denver. When I read this, I thought of her. Sadness swept over me as she is packing to move to Denver right now.
Oh, how I feel your pain Tammie... my daughter (my best friend and business partner) moved out of state in 2007. I think I was in mourning for a whole year! Praying you find a magic potion of your own ;-)
Mel-I never developed a liking for your magic beans, Hope you are doing well
Hi Mel -- wow number three comment and another non-coffee drinker -- who would have guessed that?
Too bad... Sharon! There's magic in them there beans ;-)
LOL... Michael. Yes, it's surprising there's three of you in the same room ;-) I've been drinking the magic potion since I was 10 yrs old! That explains everything... right?! ;-)
That magic is called caffeine and other than not liking the taste my bod doesn't handle caffeine well. Good to know there are other AR non coffee drinkers besides me.
Mel, I love my coffee. Gone are the days of foo-foo coffee. Gone are the days of cream and sugar. These days, I enjoy my black organic coffee ... simply naked. Now, about those sweat pants
I don't drink coffee everyday. But, there are days when I just know my body requires a jolt of something. It is then that I jump in my car and slug my way to Starbucks for a transfusion!
I do this everyday Melinda (Mel) Peterson ....Can't start the day without it!
Hope you have a great weekend!
I'm not a coffee drinker but my FAVORITE ice cream flavor is coffee!
I drink magic bean coffee in the morning or people will not feel the magic from me.
If someone were to come up with that formula they could make a lot of money. Even sell it on street corners daily
I love me some magic bean potion myself. And I hope I turned off the coffee pot at the office today. :(
Melinda - I thought everyone had magic beans in the morning until I read the comments here on your post. My wife drinks coffee every morning, but it just doesn't sit well with me. I am a caramel frappuccino kinda guy.
My first stop after splashing water on my face and brushing my teeth is to the coffee maker to brew a 32 oz. jug of the magical brew. Can't start the day right without it! September 29th is National Coffee Day and I might just have to take the day off to celebrate. Enjoy your weekend Mel.
"Magic beans"...sounds like my new name for java! Have a great day!
I like this post, though it is an older one, it is great. I had seen many of your posts early on, but appears your MIA. Hope all is well.
Thank you for your comments... I've been absent for a bit, but they made me smile today ;-)
But, if you have "bad beans" there is no magic, and I will then look for another kind of potion...I hope that you and your life are good!
